These guys were the best.  I hired them to wash my awning and, through no fault of theirs,  there were complications.  (The mechanism was more than a decade old.) A part needed to be ordered and then another piece required fixing.  They came back until the awning worked perfectly and never charged me for the extra time.  They even helped me with a few other small unrelated issues.  I can't say enough good things about these guys -- knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, trustworthy ... and so on.
